Ep 3: Turn Your Pain Into Power
ADHD is real. Task paralysis is real. Self sabotaging is real. And all of those combined can be one of the most frustrating, agitating and down right suffocating things to experience, especially when you notice yourself doing it in real time. But for some reason, no matter what you do, you just can't seem to get out of your own way. And unfortunately, this is exactly what was happening to me. While ADHD is something I'll never be able to get rid of, I'm learning more and more how to work with it instead of against it. I want to show more people out there that even though somedays it can feel like you're your own worst enemy, it is possible to turn that problem into a super power. It is possible to still achieve the things you want to achieve even if it comes with that little extra kick of resistance. Where I'm at now vs. where I was at in December.. let's just say I can't wait for you guys to see Ep. 6. You can do this. You are not alone. And you are seen.
